The first event that happened to me was the court house public servants, secretaries in the court system asking me how much money do I have? What is my income? What assets do I own? Anyone can see through this action. I was quick to tell her “I have a lot of money in the bank about $500.00 dollars”. “I am proud to have saved this money for a moment like this”. The next day I was out of jail.
My charges were Felony Assult With A Deadly Weapon Upon an Elderly Person. I was out of jail within 3 days. Thank god I was arrested on a Monday.
You will be assigned a public defender. Take a picture of this asshole. This will create fear in him or her. Begin to search his name on Google and if pictures are available.
