Robert Moos Member of LVAC – Four and a half years ago November 20, 2019 was the date I was attacked by a retired police professional in the Las Vegas Athletic Club racquetball courts, I had no idea that a freight train of corruption in the police and legal system was coming my way. I obeyed the police thinking that the issue would be cleared up within 3 months.

Las Vegas Athletic Club stupid business policies and proceedures could have stopped the corruption of the police.
Las Vegas Athletic Club as well as other businesses that allows the police or sheriff’s to enter and conduct business needs to follow policy of disclosure.
I gave disclosure to LVAC about Robert Moos and they still renewed his membership. The rules of the racquetball court were violated and authority was not given by LVAC to Robert Moos to impose his authority or LVAC rules.
Today A Business is responciable for the actions of the Police Who Are Hunting For Income. It is called extortion and racketering. This makes the business an accomplice to the crimes of the police or sheriff’s including all public servants who follow the business model of a State.

LVAC Members and employees this event of Robert Moos took four years of my life from my family. My daughter should have been enjoying vacations and trips to the lake, jet skiing, snow skiing and other support from her father etc. However, I was trapped into learning that the police and legal system is criminal and corrupt. I discovered that the judges just ignor the Constitution and State Laws but then I also discovered that they are all in collusion to achieve one of two goals, plead guilty or go to jail. I am not a lawyer however because of the corruption in the system a lawyer cannot be contracted for defense, they are not allowed to defend you. I was relying on the public defenders to do their job turned out that they are prosecutors. Every public defender inside and outside violated fuduciary responsibilities to me.

06/01/2024 The following are responces to Russell Martin’s Lawsuit. The disclosure of Las Vegas Athletic Club clearly represents the alignment of LVAC with The4thReich. The legal responce gives disclosures that LVAC knew and continutes to support that Robert Moos is a Police officer. Further LVAC supports the conduct of Robert Moos. Russell Martin has not been able to verify if Robert Moos is a Police officer other than the bragging of Robert Moos within LVAC environment. Robert Moos eludes the fact that he is a retire police office in his legal responce. Although Russell Martin reviewed Robert Moos FaceBook page 4 years ago representing that Robert Moos was a public servant of the police or fireman the face book page has been taken down. Russ did not make a copy. Russell Martin public defenders refused to inquire as to Robert Moos work history during deposition or at anytime when representing Russ.

The State of Nevada is serving The4thReich by forcing judges, lawyers, and police to ignor the Constitution of the United States as well as Nevada State laws. Organization within The State of Nevada working individuals refuse to disclose who they are. Example Internal Affairs of the police. Commission for Judicial Disipline, Nevada Bar Assoc. etc. This is the leadership of The4thReich a progressively growing and developing NAZI organization.
How is this achieved? These people will not be paid a payroll unless they conform to the secret agenda. They recieve handsome payrolls and incentives to follow the unspoken agenda. The proof is in the results.

She stopped, paused, said “I want nothing to do with this case” “I Am Done” She quick removed herself from the court room.
