All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

4. PRICING

Pricing varies depending on service level and agreement.

Typical pricing includes:

• Website Setup Fee (one-time) $600.00. Includes Logo, Branding, content.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments must be made in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed.

By providing payment information, you authorize LivRIGHT to charge your selected payment method.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. NO REFUND POLICY (STRICT)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

This includes:

• Website development services
• Monthly service plans
• SEO and marketing services
• Subscription services
• Any digital product or service

Due to the nature of digital services and immediate allocation of time, labor, and resources, all payments are non-refundable once processed.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel future services at any time.

However:

• No refunds will be issued for any past or current billing periods
• Services will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle

8. WEBSITE TRANSFER POLICY

If a client requests ownership of their website:

• A $300 transfer fee is required
• Upon payment, ownership files and access will be transferred

LivRIGHT retains all proprietary systems, frameworks, and backend structures not included in the transfer.

9. CONTENT & PUBLICATION DISCLAIMER

LivRIGHT operates as a publishing platform.

• Content may include public records, user submissions, and media
• LivRIGHT does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party content
• Users are responsible for the content they submit or publish

LivRIGHT reserves the right to remove content that violates laws or platform standards.

10. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users agree:

• Not to misuse, exploit, or interfere with the platform
