America is facing a dangerous level of political inbreeding within government institutions, court systems, and political organizations. Public servant employees increasingly protect systems of power to serve their income. The truth is that the minority “Government Employees” vote while millions of private-sector employees do not. When the private sector stops participating, government systems continue to grow in power providing less for more. LivRIGHT was created to “Challenging the status quo” but without the private sector of employees LivRIGHT will not succeed. My understanding of this problem did not come from politics alone. It came from direct experience in the Nevada, Clark County corrupt legal and political systems. However America must be educated to unite to defend the Constitution of the United States and to change the status quo to be successful.
I Fought the Legal System without Five Public Defenders.
For more than five years, I fought the corruption within the Las Vegas Regional Justice Center System. The whole system of judicial process is corrupt. During this process, I documented in LivRIGHTCases database false arrest documents, withholding and tampering of video evidence, manufactured false witness statement by my public defenders and state investigators, corrupt judges including Judge Eric Goodman who violated due process of law to serve the objective to induce me to plead guilty. Furthermore, when Caroline Goodman was given notice of the corruption she did nothing. The legal system actor’s prosecutors, defense attorneys, investigators, judges, attorney general, sheriff and governor colluded in a grand scheme violating the RICO and HOBBS Act conspiring to extort federal funds and state sales taxes, by using me and other defendants as tools to justify legal system existence. This is not a rant.
I personally witnessed other defendants discharging public defenders because they no longer trusted the process. I was in fear of the courtroom corruption. At the time, I did not fully understand what I was witnessing in court actions. However, after years of failed attempts to obtain lawful remedies through state and federal courts, I came to believe these actions represented systemic violations of constitutional rights and potentially violations associated with organized crime of governmental power.
My documented communications to public officials, including Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo, Sheriff Kevin McMahill, and District Attorney Steven Wolfson, Mayor Caroline Goodman, Commission for Judicial Discipline and the Nevada Bar Association where I was subject to institutional glasswalling and stonewalling rather than transparent review or meaningful action. The most powerful weapon within corrupt legal and political systems is not always force.

This Paradigm Must Be Broken.
LivRIGHT was established to educate constitutional literacy, civic duty, and lawful accountability. The objective is to organize private-sector Americans employees to support more for less from a government public servant. To do this America must create a new breed of politician and to vote for a politician with public service objectives.
The truth is that millions of Americans in the private sector have become politically disconnected, discouraged and thus disengaged. Without education, objectives, and leadership, the majority cannot defend the Constitution and the Constitution becomes little more than words on paper while corruption continues to reproduce itself through another generation of political inbreeding. President Donald Trump has publicly emphasized constitutional sovereignty and American interests to protect the Constitution of the United States, but no president can restore accountability alone.
