LivRight Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At LivRIGHT, we provide digital services and custom work. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final.


1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

LivRIGHT maintains a strict no-refund policy.

All payments made to LivRIGHT are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Website development and setup fees
  • Monthly website management services
  • LivRIGHT Branding and saturation services
  • Subscription or membership services
  • Any custom digital services

Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed.


2. Branding Saturation SERVICES DISCLOSURE

By purchasing services from LivRIGHT, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Work begins immediately upon payment
  • Resources, time, and labor are allocated upon purchase
  • Brasnding services cannot be returned once delivered or initiated

For these reasons, refunds are not provided.


3. NO CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT

By completing a purchase, you agree:

  • Not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes
  • To contact LivRIGHT directly to resolve any concerns

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services
  • Collection actions for unpaid balances
  • Permanent restriction from future services

4. SERVICE CANCELLATION

Clients may cancel future services at any time.

However:

  • No refunds will be issued for any current or past billing periods
  • Services will continue until the end of the paid term

5. WEBSITE TRANSFER OPTION

If a client chooses to discontinue services but wants ownership of their website:

  • A $300 transfer fee applies
  • Upon payment, website files and access will be transferred

6. EXCEPTIONS

Refunds will not be provided except where required by law.
