Statement From Russell Martin, Defendant
When police officer’s or sheriff’s turns NAZI to enrich their life and family they destroy another person’s life and family. The Regional Justice Center system tried to extort $100,000 plus from me or plead guilty. It is time that America and people around the world learn what it means to be a Patriot of “We The People”.
On August 20, 2024 I attended District court. I was suing Robert Moos, Las Vegas Athletic Club and the State of Nevada. The judge was destroying my case to disrupt me from getting to a jury trial. Halfway through the judges work she began reading my documentation. I put everything on public records. The Judge stopped reported she wanted nothing to do with this case and walked out of the court room. She knew she was committing violations of the Constitution of The United States and State Laws.
Five years I have defended myself and the state had to drop the case in what was once District Court case but reduces to Civil Court. case to keep me from a jury. The accuser Robert Moos failed to show in court. Robert Moos refused to come to court or serve on Blue Jeans.
The Bigger Understanding Is Clear and Transparent.
Now I see the bigger picture. Our Police realize that the Constitution is no longer honored, respected or feared. They are free to commit crimes for the legal system to prosecute. This progressive process is leading them to become the real villains of society NAZI Soldiers of fortune for The4thReich.
The information you see about corrupt police officers on YouTube is just the tip of a spear. The real cutting and dismantling of a defendant begins when he goes to court.
On this day Gabriel Villanueva created a false arrest report with Felony Assault with a Deadly Weapon upon an Elderly Person. Las Vegas Athletic Club invited a criminal organization into it domain and aligned with the NAZI business model objective. It took years for Russell Martin to understand the business model. When this event happened I was unclear and naive as to why these police and legal professional would put their careers at risk. The legal judges use Judicial Immunity as a state law to protect the police serving The4thReich system. I just could not get my head to understand how detailed the criminal judges “Bench” will go to serve The4thReich.
The State of Nevada destroyed my income and relationship with my family. The State of Nevada distroyed my ability to enjoy my wife and daughter the way I wanted to live.
These public servants and you are accomplises to the crimes of a NAZI business model. When you purchase you are paying sales tax. This money goes to The4thReich to brainwash you.
The Police & Sheriff’s Do Not Want To Disclose Their Names.
I submitted documents and disclosures to the Internal Affairs of the police and sheriffs. I recieved one phone call in responce and the person frefused to give me her name.
Sheriff Kevin McMahill refuse to respond.
I sent documentation to other government organizations Nevada Bar Association and Commission For Judicial Disipline and never respond the other JD got to the point they would not put their name of documents. Court room people will making up charges with no one accountable for the charges. I demanded in court as to who was changing the charges. The leadership was Steven Wolfson District Attorney.
I see police in YouTube videos only wanting to give their badge number. This is a glass wall tactic. The police and legal system is full of glass walls.
The next level of justice will be no justice. If America does not send a message that we are united and willing to control where and when we spend money a message will go silent.

06/01/2024 The following are responces to Russell Martin’s Lawsuit. The disclosure of Las Vegas Athletic Club clearly represents the alignment of LVAC with The4thReich. The legal responce gives disclosures that LVAC knew and continutes to support that Robert Moos is a Police officer. Further LVAC supports the conduct of Robert Moos. Russell Martin has not been able to verify if Robert Moos is a Police officer other than the bragging of Robert Moos within LVAC environment. Robert Moos eludes the fact that he is a retire police office in his legal responce.
