Let me give you an understanding.  A court secretary and court recorder works day after day in court for a judge. This makes the public servant a professional of the law. The public servants in the court become an accessory to the crimes of the judge when the power of the bench is abused. When they continue to work for the judge over and over case after case they are just as guilty as the judge. This includes the court sheriff and police who stand and watch. This public servant needs to make a decision, do I want to work for this judge or suffer the consequences of LivRight. There was a movie with Jody Foster where she is raped in a bar and others stood by clapping and cheering the act of the rap. In the movie they are judged as accessories to the crime.
