If you get Benjamin Nadig Attorney as an outside public defender or lawyer run away refuse his public or private services in court or out of court.
Benjamin Nadig violated every rule of fiduciary duty to me. I am not a smart man but I was getting smarter. Benjamin was the fifth attorney I fired. At this point it did not matter. If the legal courts were going to put me in jail I may as well have only myself to blame. I used Google to search the laws. He should lose his license to practice law but due the Nevada State criminal mafia monopoly business legal system in all departments of government Benjamin is protected by Judicial Immunity. The police and legal system is a mafia organiztion morfing into a NAZI organiztion. What is more important is that Benjamin should file a lawsuit for being pressured into performing as a NAZI rather than a public defender..
Benjamin has chosen to take the path of corruption profiting for his family while distroying someone else’s income & family. If someone has married or is in a relationship with Benjamin run. You will never live a functional life with trust.
Benjamin Nadig attorney knew what to do but failed immedicately to give legal leadership to Mr. Martin. He was already prepared to submitted himself to the power of The State of Nevada business model, The4thReich. Russell Martin quickly discharged him as public defender and filed to defend himself. This created the next levels of corruption. Benjamin Nadig was assigned as backup public defender. So he could earn money from the State of Nevada while distroying Russell Martin’s income.
Benjamin Nadig is an example of what is wrong with the police, legal, and political system. There is a power system that must be broken. These are documents that have been submitted to the FBI, Attorney General, Nevada Bar Association and Commission for Judicial Discipline. Where is the defense for an individual under the Constitution of the United States? There are no departments in the Government defending the law or Constitution of the United States. The fear Mr. Martin has is disclosing all this information of corruption.
Benjamin Nadig is a guilty as Katrina Ross & Jake Gullo, Tony Worthman of chargable offenses as listed:
- Violating fudiciary trust with defendant Russell Martin
- Stonewalling court actions.
- Refusing to investigate false arrest report.
- Failing to get Mr. Martin pictures and police body videos then reviewing them for tampering.
- Failing to give disclosure that Mr. Martin never struck Robert Moos to prosecutors or judge.
- Failing to submit for charges to be dropped based on evidence.
- Charges have now been dropped to misdemeanor battery due to Mr. Martin refusing to plead guilty and demanding a jury court. This is not the work of any defense attorney.
- If the pictures and videos that are now being delivered were availale four years ago the case would change direction and would have been done in six months. Also the truth would have come out that everyone in the legal system is corrupt.
